Fall Fest

TRUNK or TREAT

If your family or friend group would like to host a trunk, you will

1. Decorate the trunk of your car! Have fun with this, but please refrain from using scary themed decorations (bats, witches, skeletons, ghosts, etc.).
2. Bring candy and pass it out to the children who attend.  We will have extra candy available if you need to restock.
3. BONUS! You can make your trunk extra special by including a simple game for kids to play in order to receive candy! Examples might include ring toss, bean bag toss, bowling, etc.  We have some supplies available in our First Kids resources if you would like our help planning a game!

Other ways to serve!

If you would like to serve at Fall Fest, but do not want to participate in TRUNK or TREAT, we have many other ways to serve.

1. Check-In Booth: Greet families, help them register, and direct them to activities.
2. Dinner Team: Prepare and serve food.
3. Hayride: Load and unload hayride to ensure safety.
4. Facepaint: Paint simple designs for kids
5. Photobooth: Take family photos for visitors using their cellphones
6. Cookie Decorating: Organize and distribute supplies for kids to decorate cookies
7. Fall Crafts: Distribute supplies and assist with Fall crafts
8. Evangelism Team: Placed at strategic locations to engage families in conversations
9. Parking Team: Help families find parking in the designated parking area.
10. Floaters: Restock candy and address any other needs that arise

Other ways to help!

In addition to serving, there are many ways you can help with Fall Fest!

1. Donate extra candy! Bins will be available in the welcome center, preschool hall, and discipleship building through the month of October.
2. Donate fall decor! You can help make our campus festive with pumpkins, haybales, fall foliage, etc.
3. Invite our community! We will have more information about fun ways to invite your friends and neighbors!
4. Pray! Pray that God will use Fall Fest to help us connect with and share Jesus' love with families.
